EASIPART helps to easily separate between the patterns and molds by brushing or spraying, so it is possible to protect and use the metal & wooden patterns for a long time, and a precise casting can be produced.

- Breakdown agents
ALKASET & EASIDOWN is a binder or breakdown agents that makes the collapse properties good when it is used for CO2 gas process.
- Collapse properties are excellent thus postprocess can be substantially reduced.
- As an inorganic resin, it can prevent the problems of existing organic self-hardening properties(Fuarn, No-Baker Binder) such as gas defect, hot tearcrack and carbon pick-up.
- As it is hardened by passing CO2 gas, it has all the molding advantages of sodium silicate and CO2 gas process.
- It can be mixed using existing batch mixer and continuous mixer.

- Adhesive agents
FIXCOR is a strong inorganic adhesive that is used when combining the up and down of the mold or repairing the damaged pattern.
